If you are not on the Millstreet showgrounds, you can use our Online Declaration form to declare for your event(s).

Please note that declarations will close at 5pm daily (e.g. declarations for Wednesday’s events will close at 5pm on Tuesday).

Online Declarations cannot be accepted from account holders who are already on-site or those that have not purchased start packages in advance of the show.
