Welcome Tour 2016 - General Information
Entry Packages can be purchased in books of 3, 5 or 10.
HORSES
1 start – €30
3 starts – €75
5 starts – €120
10 starts – €230
PONIES
1 Start – €20
Stabling: €60 for one week and €95 for two weeks – must be booked in advance.
Hook Up: €60 for one week and €100 for two weeks – must be booked in advance.
CSI / FEI Classes
CSI (FEI) athletes will pay a block fee per horse to include stabling.
Week One (CSI*): €200
Week Two (CSI2*): €325
Week One (CSI*) & Week Two (CSI2*): €500
Please note that all horses and athletes intending to compete in CSI classes must have a 2016 FEI Licence. Download Athlete and Horse registration forms on the Horse Sport Ireland website.
Qualification for Millstreet International Horse Show 2016:
The winning combination of the 5 year old Final on Sunday March 27th and those combinations placed first and second in the 5 year old final on Saturday April 2nd qualify for the FINAL of the Millstreet Ruby 5 year old Championship (prize fund €10,000) at Millstreet CSI 3* August 2016.
The winning combination of the 6/7 year old Final on Sunday March 27th and those combinations placed first and second in the 6/7 year old final on Saturday April 2nd qualify for the FINAL of the 6/7 year old Boomerang Championship (prize fund €15,000) at Millstreet CSI 3* August 2016.
The winning combinations of the following finals will qualify for the FINALS at Millstreet CSI 3* August 2016:
Sunday March 27th
1.00m Final qualifies for the 1.00m final in August
1.10 -1.15m Final qualifies for the 1.10m final in August
1.20-1.25 final qualifies for the 1.20 Final in August
Saturday April 2nd
1.00m Final qualifies for the 1.00m final in August
1.10 -1.15m Final qualifies for the 1.10m final in August
1.20-1.25m Final qualifies for the 1.20 Final in August
GRAND PRIX
In the event that any of the seven highest placed horse/rider combinations in CSI* #4 (1.30 – 1.35m) on Sunday March 27th finish in the first five in the CSI 2* Grand Prix on Saturday April 2nd they will each receive a €400 bonus.
